How do I save and view a Adobe Portable Document Format (.PDF) document?


Adobe PDF is a print-ready format that allows companies to distribute magazine-like documents over the internet.

Windows P.C.

To save a PDF document right-click on the link to the file you wish to save. Select "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (Netscape). You will then be asked for a location to save the file. When you are finished click Save. In order to view a PDF document you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can get the free software by clicking here. Once you have the reader software installed you may click the link to the PDF document from inside your web browser or you may double click on the file on your hard drive to view it.

Macintosh

To save a PDF document control-click on the link to the file you wish to save.
